These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SquadKast. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
What SquadKast is
SquadKast is a dispatch platform that connects business owners in subcontractor-based service industries (like mobile detailing, pressure washing, and landscaping) with contractors, so owners can post jobs and contractors can accept or decline them. SquadKast is a coordination tool — it does not employ contractors, and it does not perform the services listed on the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SquadKast, whether as a business owner or a contractor.
No guarantee of job assignment
Posting a job does not guarantee that any contractor will accept it, and being an active, eligible contractor on the platform does not guarantee that you will be offered or assigned any particular job, or any minimum number of jobs. Job matching depends on factors like service type, location, and contractor availability at the time a job is posted.
Ratings and feedback
Contractor ratings shown on SquadKast reflect subjective feedback submitted by business owners (and, where enabled, their customers) after a job is completed. Ratings are not an independent verification of a contractor's skill, licensing, insurance, or quality of work — they are one input among several that an owner may consider.
Subscription and billing
Business owner accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed at $49/month. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Company Settings — your plan remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform only for legitimate business purposes, and not to misuse the platform to harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to other users.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You may stop using SquadKast and close your account at any time.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
SquadKast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SquadKast is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the work performed between business owners and contractors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadKast is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from services arranged through the platform.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
